Where

On any road especially one way streets or wide intersections with a complex layout.

Purpose

To indicate the direction you may drive in a lane or on a road.

Action

The driver must be guided by the arrows and never, unless otherwise requested by a traffic officer, drive in the direction opposite to what the arrows show.
