On any road especially in mountainous areas.
Purpose
To warn that the road ahead curves suddenly • to the left (W406, W408, TW406, TW408) or • to the right (W405, W407, TW405, TW407).
Action
Slow down to take the curve at a safe speed or to be able to stop within the distance you can see. 1
