Teaching points
- Number eight is the clutch. It disengages the engine so you can change gear.
- Number four is the steering wheel which changes your direction.
- Number seven is the parking brake. It holds a parked vehicle still.
- Number seven again. The parking brake keeps a parked vehicle stationary.
- Number nine is the foot break. That is what stops the vehicle.
- Number 10 is the accelerator which increases your speed.
- Number five is the indicator. It signals your intention to steer or turn left or right. The hooter 11 only gives a general warning.
- Number two is the windscreen wiper which keeps your view clear in rain. That is the end of the test. Add up your score and be honest with yourself. Remember, you need 22 out of 30 on the rules, 23 out of 30 on the signs, and six out of eight on the controls. You have to pass all three. Drop your score in the comments and tell us which section caught you out. Practice more tests on the K53 Sharp app and subscribe for test three. Good luck with your learners.
